The reviews are submitted anonymously by patients, whose identity is only known by Mylooks. Mylooks calculate the score for each clinic using an algorithm, which is identical for all clinics. Mylooks does not edit the reviews, and we do not evaluate clinics ourselves. Mylooks cannot be held responsible for the content of the personal stories of the patients.
Mylooks will discard reviews that - because of lacking information, unfactual slander, or obvious advertisement - are deemed unsuitable. This, however, is no guarantee that the published reviews are all honest, and we encourage our users to always use good common sense, when reading patient reviews of a clinic.
