Will I be able to breast-feed after a breast enlargement?

Answer:

Women who have had breast enlargement surgery will be able to breast-feed, if the nerves of the nipple and mammary glands are intact. It is not recommended to breast-feed for more than 3-4 months though, as this might affect the shape of the breasts.
