My vagina is no longer tight. What can I do?

Answer:

After one or more childbirths, some women may experience that their vagina has become expanded to the point where they are unable to feel the same contact with a man during sex. Clenching exercises, along with training of the pelvic floor musculature will usually help tighten the vagina, but if this does not help, there is the option of having your vagina tightened surgically.
